This publication by James Clear offers the readers an effectual approach to stabilizing healthy habits while dismissing harmful ones. It introduces a set of rules and suggestions that, when practiced, will result in the formation of consistent habits. Clear emphasizes the significance of seeing habits as permanent life alterations shaping who you are. He opposes the view that habits are short-term and aimed at a single target, on the contrary, he believes that each habit will be a factor that molds one's identity. Thus, each habit is an element that showcases your personality.
